"Mr. Marshall was very helpful, informative, and punctual. He helped in an emergency when another piano repair man left us stranded. He tried to contact our original person to be proper, and he kept me updated. Mr. Marshal fixed two piano keys that were stuck and broken for our church. He shared a ton of information because our piano was too old to invest what was needed to fully repair the problem. He did not mind us watching while he worked and gave us possibilities on where we could purchase a new one. He also will come with us if we decide to purchase one in the future to check it out for a small fee."
